
Fahim Ahmed is a Lecturer in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) at IUBAT—International University of Business Agriculture and Technology, Dhaka, Bangladesh. He joined IUBAT as a full-time faculty member on June 1, 2025, under the College of Engineering and Technology (CEAT). Fahim Ahmed earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (B.Sc.Engg.) from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) in 2025, graduating with a CGPA of 3.95 out of 4.00. He is currently pursuing his Master of Science in EEE (M.Sc.Engg.) at BUET.
Fahim Ahmed’s primary research interest lies in Topological Insulator Field-Effect Transistors (TI-FETs)—an emerging area at the intersection of quantum materials and next-generation nanoelectronics. His academic pursuits reflect a strong commitment to advancing knowledge in the field of solid-state devices and quantum electronic systems.
